We require confirmation that you will be coming in to your scheduled appointment. We send out texts and email 3 days prior to your appointment, where you can confirm, reschedule or cancel. We also send you another confirmation text and e-mail 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you do not confirm your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and you will be notified via text and e-mail.
All of our guest are required to provide valid card information to book appointments. You will see a pending $1 charge on your card, but this is a temporary hold and won’t be processed.
If you remove your card, or it is invalid your appointment will be cancelled.
If you no show to your appointment and your card declines your account will be flagged and we will require upfront payment for future appointments.
We understand things happen and sometimes you may be running late for your appointment. If this is the case, kindly notify us as soon as possible. For optimal flow of our tight schedule and to give all our guest the attention they deserve.
For this reason we may not be able to accommodate guest who are more than 7 minutes late. If you are more than 7 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule, your appointment will still be charged per our cancellation policy.
We require that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time of your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the service total. If for whatever reason card on file gets declined, your account will be flagged and payment will need to be rectified before your next appointment or payment will be required upfront for future appointments.
